Terms of service

Last updated 8 June 2026. These terms are a contract between you and G. Chines SA. Please read them together with our privacy policy.

1. Who we are and what this covers

Vitryne is operated by G. Chines SA (trading as “Geibo”), Rue Baylon 2bis, 1227 Carouge (GE), Switzerland (“we”, “us”, “Vitryne”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you use Vitryne for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. The service

Vitryne reads the preview documents (PDFs) you upload and extracts the artworks they contain into a private, searchable catalogue for your workspace. Extraction is automated and provided on an “as is” basis: it may contain errors, so you are responsible for reviewing and verifying the extracted data before relying on it (for example for pricing or sales).

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials and API keys secure, and you are responsible for all activity in your workspace. Tell us promptly at contact@geibo.ch if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

The free plan includes 2 documents and requires no card. Paid plans (Starter, Studio) are billed in advance through our payment provider Stripe and renew automatically each period until you cancel. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period and is not renewed. Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: upload content you do not have the right to process; attempt to breach security, access another workspace, or circumvent tenant isolation; use the API beyond reasonable fair use; or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

6. Your data and intellectual property

You retain all rights to the documents and catalogue data in your workspace. You grant us a limited, worldwide licence to host and process them solely to provide the service, including sending uploads to our AI extraction providers (see subprocessors). We do not sell your data and do not use it to train AI models. Vitryne and its software remain our property.

7. Confidentiality

Each workspace is isolated. We treat your catalogue data as confidential and access it only to operate, secure and support the service, or where required by law.

8. Warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Term, termination and deletion

You may delete your account or organisation at any time from your settings, which removes your data (subject to records we must keep by law, such as billing). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, the licences granted here end.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the courts of Geneva, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves; for material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Questions about these terms: contact@geibo.ch.
